Terms and conditions
Third party liability:
All participants take part in the tours at their own risk and no legal responsibility will be accepted.
Booking a guided tour:
After booking a tour the client will receive a written confirmation via e-mail. Upon receipt of this confirmation the booking is fixed and a contract exists. At that moment all terms and conditions have been accepted by the client.
Recording:
It is not allowed to take audio records or video tapes during the tour.
Change of contract:
Any changes of the contract, such as a reduction or increase of group size, meeting point, duration of tour etc. are to be given in written and within a reasonable time before the start of the tour. Should a reduction in group numbers result in a reduction in guides required (see cancellation policies) and the information was not given in time, the client is obliged to pay according to the original contract.
Cancellation:
Until 14 days prior to the tour`s date a cancellation will be possible free of charge.
From 14-03 days prior to the tour`s date a cancellation fee of 50% of the confirmed price has to be paid.
From 03 days prior to the tour`s date a cancellation fee of 100% of the confirmed price has to be paid.
Client`s delay:
In case of delay the guide is required to wait 30 minutes for the arrival of the client. This waiting time will be included within the confirmed duration of the tour.
Guide’s prevention:
In case the confirmed guide will be unable to perform the tour, a competent replacement will take palce. The client will be informed as soon as possible.
Payment:
Payment by bank transfer will be due immedeately after receiving the invoice. All bank data will be found on the invoice. Should the final invoice exceed the amount of Euro 800,- a downpayment will be demanded.
